Visiting Hours
Family and friends are welcome to visit you during your stay at CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital. General visiting hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Visiting hours differ in special care areas.
ICU Family Visitation times: (2nd floor)
6—6:15 am
9—9:15 am
12—12:15 pm
2—2:15 pm
4—4:15 pm
6—6:15 pm
8—8:30 pm.
Regional Physical Rehabilitation Center: (4th floor)
Monday-Friday 3:30—7 pm
Saturday 1—9 pm
Sunday 9 am—9 pm
Visiting Regulations
Visitors can be good medicine for patients. Family members and friends are welcome to visit. However, patient care is our primary concern at CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital, and, in order to enhance the quality of care, specific visiting hours and regulations have been established. Please follow these guidelines. If you need additional information, please check with the nurse on the unit.
Following are general guidelines for visitors:
- Visitors may not smoke or use tobacco in patient rooms or anywhere in the hospital.
- Visitors must dress appropriately and must wear shirts and shoes.
- No more than two visitors are allowed at the bedside at one time. Visitors in semi-private rooms should be considerate of both patients.
- People with colds, sore throats or any contagious diseases should not visit patients.
- Visits should be kept short.
- Visitors should maintain a quiet environment and avoid unnecessary noise.
- Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when the doctor or nurse needs to see the patient.
- Liberal visiting arrangements may be made for families of surgical patients on the day of surgery.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is located on the first floor, adjacent to the main lobby. The cafeteria features an assortment of hot meals and sandwiches, fresh salads and fruits, soft drinks, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, soft serve yogurt, and ice cream.
The cafeteria is open from:
6:30—9:30 am for Breakfast
11 am—1:30 pm for Lunch
4:30—7:00 p.m. for Dinner
except weekends and holidays, when we close at 6 p.m.
Chapel
The hospital provides two chapels and a Prayer Room for your spiritual needs. The Convent Chapel is located next to the convent gardens. It is open to patients, family members and friends from 6 am—6 pm, Monday—Friday. Mass is celebrated on Sunday at 9 am and on Holy Days at 11:30 am.
The St. Raphael Chapel is located in the hospital on the second floor beside the Surgical Waiting Room. Mass is celebrated in this chapel Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. This chapel is open 6 am—6 pm weekdays.
